Online classical voice lessons — FAQs
Can classical voice really be taught online?+
Yes. Consumer audio compresses dynamics slightly, but breath, onset, vowel shape, and intonation all come through clearly, and teachers adapt exercises accordingly.
Do I need to read music?+
It helps, but it isn't a requirement. Several of our classical voice teachers build sight-singing into lessons from the start.
Can you help me prepare an audition or recital?+
Yes — repertoire selection, language coaching, and mock auditions are a normal part of what these teachers do.
Do I need an accompanist?+
Not for lessons. Teachers use backing tracks or play for you; you'd only need an accompanist for a live performance.
How do I get started?+
