Clara McLain

Clara is a professional classical guitarist and experienced music educator with 15 years of teaching and performance experience. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar Performance from Southern Methodist University and has performed for weddings, private events, hotels, corporate events, and concert audiences throughout Florida and beyond.

Her teaching approach combines strong classical technique with an encouraging, individualized style. She works with children, teens, and adults at all levels, helping students build solid fundamentals while learning music they genuinely enjoy. Lessons may include classical repertoire, fingerstyle guitar, popular music, music reading, technique, interpretation, and performance preparation.

Clara’s goal is to help each student become a confident, expressive, and independent musician.
