He is fun but firm and expects her to learn and apply the techniques he teaches her on the drums . He uses many methods to help her become the best drummer she can be . He is knowledgeable about both secular and Christian music which helps her to develop skills that may later enable her to play on a worship team when that opportunity arises . John is always upbeat and encouraging too !"
